Well, I have done a LOT of layouts of our 2 cats and 1 dog. These are "present" pets...so far I haven't scrapped any "past" pets, as I really don't have any good photos...now, I really enjoy using my digital camera to be able to get in close and get some great photos to scrap.
I wouldn't say I am an obsessed pet owner; but I do believe that having pets with children is a good way to teach responsibility and the circle of life. Heather has been around cats, dogs, mice, hamsters and fish all her life. She has had the joy of taking care of something that depends upon her, and has experienced the sadness of a pet's passing. We all learn to appreciate the time we have with our furry family members and often laugh at their antics. Each pet has a unique personality and we adore them all. I can't imagine our family without some kind of pet...it makes our house a home.

Bathtime for Dakotah. Sheba, the grey and older cat, giving young Dakotah a bath, much to her dismay...
Casey, our 9 year old dog. We fostered her from the Humane Society at just 4 weeks of age,and has been a part of our family ever since.

Casey is adorable! It's fun to scrap the pets as they are so much a part of the family.
On the ABC album, yes I did a page for each letter of the alphabet - A for adorable, etc. with pictures of the cats. It was a lot of fun.
